  For several months, I had had a very painful, ongoing neck/shoulder/arm problem which physiotherapy, osteopathy and chiropractic treatment had failed to improve. I was just about on the verge of giving up finding anything that helped, but thought that one more search of the internet might be worth a go. Here, I found that so many people recommended acupuncture for similar problems that it had to be worth a try and booked an appointment with Phyllida. I'm extremely glad that I did as, after just one session, I had so much relief it was quite remarkable especially as a good night's sleep became possible once again. The next session was even more successful; pain has now been reduced by about 80% and I have every confidence that, after further treatments, it will vanish altogether.
  Phyllida is very good at her profession and listens carefully to what is said to her. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
